внешние займы по валютной "корзине". Механизм предоставления займов компаниям, осуществляющим финансирование развития (development financing companies) с использованием валютной корзины для смягчения последствий колебаний обменных валютных курсов.
Принят Международным банком реконструкции и развития (МБРР). Начиная с 1980 г. МБРР осуществил ряд займов с использованием валютной корзины в составе долларов США (как правило, половина корзины) и либо марок ФРГ, либо швейцарских франков, либо японских йен.
